Sciacca is in the southern part of Sicily, it counts about 40.900 inhabitants (2009), is a touristic and thermal town, also well known for its carnival and living thanks to fishing.
According to the legend the steam baths of the Cronio Mount would have been built by Daedalus, who would escaped from Crete island after the construction of the labyrinth of the King Minos.
